REFUND POLICY
Return and Refund Policy for Bounce Boss INC. - Bungee Fitness Studio

At Bounce Boss INC., we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, whether it’s a class, membership, or product. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our Return and Refund Policy below. This policy applies to all services and products purchased from Bounce Boss Inc.
1. Classes and Memberships
Class Bookings:
Once a class is booked, it is non-refundable unless canceled by Bounce Boss.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the class start time will receive a full refund or credit toward another class or service.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class or no-shows will result in the loss of your class credit, and no refund will be provided.
Memberships:
Memberships are non-refundable and are valid for the specific term purchased (e.g., monthly, quarterly, or annually).
You may cancel your membership at any time with 7 days' notice before the next billing cycle, in which case your membership will be terminated at the end of the current cycle. You may choose to buy out your remainder of your contract at 80% of the remaining balance of the contract. In the event of extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical issues), refunds or pauses may be granted on a case-by-case basis, subject to approval by Bounce Boss management.
2. Retail Products (Apparel, Equipment, etc.)
Eligibility for Returns:
Retail product returns are only accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags still attached.
All sale items, opened or used products, and customized items (such as personalized apparel or gear) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at bouncebossbungee@gmail.com with your receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns can be processed either at our studio location or by mail (shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective).
Refunds for Products:
Upon approval of the return, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to process depending on your payment provider.
Defective or Damaged Products:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a return, exchange, or full refund. We will cover the return shipping costs in the event of defective products.
3. Gift Cards
Non-Refundable: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Loss or Theft: Bounce Boss is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Please keep them in a safe place.
4. Special Circumstances
In cases of medical emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances (e.g., injury), Bounce Boss will evaluate requests for refunds or membership freezes on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required, and decisions are at the sole discretion of Bounce Boss Inc.
5. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. In the case of purchases made with gift cards, store credits, or promotional discounts, refunds will be processed accordingly.
Please note that refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
