Terms and Conditions for Bounce Boss Inc. - Bungee Fitness Studio

Welcome to Bounce Boss Inc., a premier bungee fitness studio located in Alberta, Canada. By using our services, booking classes, or purchasing products, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before engaging with our studio.

1. General Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Bounce Boss Inc., you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as any applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services. We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice, and the latest version will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Health and Safety
Health Declaration: Before participating in any fitness classes or programs at Bounce Boss Inc., all participants are required to complete a health declaration to ensure they are physically fit to participate. You should consult with a healthcare provider before engaging in any fitness activities if you have pre-existing health conditions or concerns.

Injury and Liability Waiver: All participants must sign a waiver of liability prior to participation in any class or event at Bounce Boss. By attending, you acknowledge the inherent risks involved in physical activities, including bungee fitness, and agree to hold Bounce Boss Inc. harmless from any injury, loss, or damage.

3. Class Reservations and Cancellations
Booking: To attend a class, you must reserve a spot in advance through our website, mobile app, or at the studio. Classes are subject to availability.Cancellation Policy:Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the class to receive a full refund or to reschedule.If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled class or if you do not attend (no-show), you will forfeit your class credit or incur a charge for the session.Bounce Boss reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes for reasons such as low attendance or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Payments and Pricing
Payment Methods: We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and gift cards. Payments are processed securely at the time of booking, and all fees must be paid in full prior to attending a class or event.
Pricing and Taxes: All prices for services, classes, and products are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes. Prices may change at any time without notice.
Refunds: All class packages, memberships, and retail purchases are non-refundable, except in cases where required by law (such as cancellations within cooling-off periods or for medical reasons). Please refer to our separate Purchase Policy for more details.

5. Memberships and Subscriptions
Membership Terms: Bounce Boss offers various membership plans, which grant access to classes or other services. Memberships are billed monthly in advance and cannot be paused or refunded, except in the case of extenuating circumstances or as required by law.
Cancellation of Memberships: To cancel your membership, you must notify Bounce Boss at least 7 days before your next billing cycle. Failure to do so will result in the next month's payment being processed.

6. Behavior and Etiquette
Conduct: We ask all participants to respect the studio, instructors, and fellow participants. Any disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the class or studio, with no refund or compensation.
Late Arrivals: Participants are asked to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled class time. Late arrivals may not be permitted to participate in class to ensure the safety of all attendees.

7. Personal Belongings
Bounce Boss is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought into the studio. We recommend that you keep personal items such as bags, wallets, and valuables at home or in designated areas.

8. Media and Photography
Bounce Boss may take photographs or video recordings during classes, events, or promotions. By attending any session, you grant us permission to use any media for promotional purposes, including social media, websites, and advertisements. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform the instructor before the start of the class.

9. Products and Retail
Product Purchases: Products, including apparel, fitness equipment, and accessories, are available for purchase at the studio and on our website. All sales of products are final once the transaction is completed.
Returns and Exchanges: Product returns and exchanges are governed by our Purchase Policy. Please refer to that policy for specific details.

10. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated or controlled by Bounce Boss Inc. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bounce Boss Inc. is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to you, your property, or any other person while participating in our fitness programs or while on our premises. This includes any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
